Outdoor Shower

Now that summer is here, I've been thinking about installing an outdoor shower in our backyard. Because mon petite maison is only 8 blocks from the beach, and both mon cheri and moi are avid beach goers and boogie boarders, I'm trying to convince him that an outdoor shower is a must! Here are some inspiring ideas:

All these outdoor showers are great, but I'll probably end up doing something like this~

Well, it's OW once again and merci to Susan from a Southern Daydreamer for hosting this fun post! Time to check out what other OW participants have posted this week.

Hi Marie, an outdoor shower is an absolute must when you live so close to the beach. As a kid, we had one and our house was on the back side of Diamond Head. My mother certainly appreciated it! Have a great day!

The shower is a great idea. If we all vote for you can you convince him that in a democracy majority rules. I love the rainheads on all those showers. Have a great day.

I think that's a capital idea, Marie! I like the cute one with the striped curtain! That's simple, but cute (and you can have the pleasure of changing the curtain as your mood suits!)...

Happy OW!

Sheila :-)

I wish I had one at my house right now. We shower as soon as we get off the beach but from the beach shower to the car the little ones always manage to find some sand to drag into the house. My friend has one and I think it is the greatest. Love looking up at the sky while I shampoo my hair.

Well my favorite is the one in the tree the flows into the old tub. It would look great next to the antique bed I have in my garden.
I don't think vous ou votre plus cher will fit into the little bucket in the other picture. Go for something a little bigger.

I love this idea! Would have been great back when my daughters were young and tracked dirt in on their feet all summer long!
